A note from the roof

"Concrete is boring. We're here to fix that."

When we started Broadway Green Roofs, we were just three guys with a truckload of sedum and a wild idea: that Portland's skyline should look more like the Forest Park trails we love. Since then, we've installed over 50,000 square feet of vegetation from SW Broadway to the Pearl District.

We're not some massive corporation. We're a local crew that understands the unique challenges of the Oregon climate—from the October downpours to the rare August heatwaves.

Vegetative Tray Systems

The "Lego" of green roofs. We use modular trays pre-grown in our local greenhouse. They’re perfect for retrofitting existing buildings because they’re lightweight and manageable.

The Fix-It Crew

Is your rooftop garden looking a bit... brown? We handle intensive repair and maintenance. We’ll get up there, check the drainage, swap out the soil, and bring the life back to your roof.
